How to create an email template

You can easily create and use email templates in Outlook for efficient communication.
To create an email template in Outlook, you can follow these steps:
  1. Open Outlook and click on “New Email” to start composing a new email.
  2. In the email body, craft the template content that you want to reuse.
  3. Go to the “File” menu and select “Save As.”
  4. Choose “Outlook Template (*.oft)” from the “Save as type” dropdown menu.
  5. Name your template and save it in the default Templates folder for Outlook.
  6. To use the template, click on “New Items” in the Home tab, then select “More Items” and “Choose Form.”
  7. In the “Look In” dropdown menu, select “User Templates in File System” and choose your saved template.
