Insation Technologies is one of the best computer repair companies we have ever worked with. In the past, when our computers needed fixing, we had taken them to a number of different outlets for repair. We were never satisfied and in many cases, we seemed to be worse off then when we had taken it in.
When we called, the response back was almost immediate. The owner came over, looked at our computer and had it up and running in quick order.
He goes above and beyond what normal customer service is in our world today. When it was necessary for us to purchase a new laptop, he was right there assisting every step of the way. As I am quite busy as a foster mom for infants, this certainly removed much stress from my hectic life and made it much easier for me.
He answers all questions in a way that is easy for a non-computer person to understand. He takes the time to make sure he has resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction, then follows-up with a phone call to make sure things are going well and we are satisfied with the service.
He is pleasant to work with. A very personable, likeable young man. We are continuing to utilize his services in building a website for my music and would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone requiring any type of computer repair or assistance. I cannot say enough good things about this individual and his company.
