You can easily create and use email templates in Outlook for efficient communication.
To create an email template in Outlook, you can follow these steps:
- Open Outlook and click on “New Email” to start composing a new email.
- In the email body, craft the template content that you want to reuse.
- Go to the “File” menu and select “Save As.”
- Choose “Outlook Template (*.oft)” from the “Save as type” dropdown menu.
- Name your template and save it in the default Templates folder for Outlook.
- To use the template, click on “New Items” in the Home tab, then select “More Items” and “Choose Form.”
- In the “Look In” dropdown menu, select “User Templates in File System” and choose your saved template.
