Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes. Number porting is included.
Do we need new phones?
Not always. If your current desk phones are compatible, we set them up for you at no extra cost. If not, we supply pre-configured Poly CCX 400 desk phones for $100 each, shipped ready to plug in. You can also use the mobile app or your computer.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls automatically forward to mobiles or another number.
