Book a drop-off
Pick a time below that suits you and bring the computer to 31A Thompson Road.

We check it
We diagnose the problem and tell you what it needs. The $75 diagnostic fee comes off your final invoice if we do the repair.

Pick it up
Most repairs take 1–2 business days, longer if parts need ordering. We'll let you know when it's ready.
Questions
Do you fix Macs as well as PCs?
Yes: Windows laptops and desktops, MacBooks and iMacs.
Is there a charge to look at it?
The diagnostic fee is $75, and it comes off your final invoice if we make the repair.
How long does a repair take?
1–2 business days, depending on whether parts need to be ordered.
Will I lose my files?
Normally, no. If the hard drive itself has failed, we can send it out for Level 3 lab recovery.
Do you guarantee repairs?
Yes, repairs are guaranteed for 30 days.
